Delta emulator is now officially available on the Apple App Store

As we know Apple started following Emulators on the App Store, and it approved GBA4iOS and iGBA. It was just a matter of a few hours before Apple took down iGBA for violating the company’s App Review Guidelines related to spam and copyright.

The wait for a fine emulator was still on. And now, The Verge has reported the arrival of Delta Emulator on the App Store outside the European Union. In the EU, users have to rely on the third-party AltStore PAL app marketplace. The emulator on the App Store is identical to AltStore Pal, Delta developer Riley Testut has confirmed.

Delta is one of the emulators that is making a significant impact on retro-gaming on the iPhone. Delta builds upon the strengths of its predecessor, GBA4iOS, while expanding to include support for more game systems such as NES, SNES, N64, and DS.

Delta Emulator has several marking features

The free Delta emulator supports various systems including Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo 64, and Game Boy (among others).

Its compatibility extends from Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers, PS4 and PS5, to Xbox One S, and Xbox Series X. Save States allows you to save and load games and continue from where you left off. Automatic backups and support for Quick Saves make the smooth saving of progression.

Those who want quick advancement in a game can use the Fast Forward tool. It quickens the pace of the game. It can come in quite handy in the case of slower sections of games. Players have the option to enable or disable it from the pause menu.

Additionally, you have a delta:// URL scheme at your disposal. Utilize it to jump directly into a specific game.

The Emulator comes with cheat support. And, the latest Version 1.5.1 has introduced local multiplayer support for up to 4 players.

It is important to note that Delta is not affiliated with Nintendo. The name “Nintendo” and connecting dots are associated game console names.
