It’s been a few hours since Clash of Clans introduced Super Yeti in a Mini Spotlight event. This is a special opportunity for players as event rewards with Raid Medals. These medals can be traded for the exclusive decorative item – Sacred Gate, and home village sceneries – Primal Scenery, Epic Winter Scenery, and Clashy Constructs Scenery.
Players who tried to trade raid medals in exchange for scenery, unfortunately, got nothing. It was a critical bug that made scenery as well as tokens disappear. Within a few hours, this bug exploited thousands of players, causing frustration and chaos amongst the Clash of Clans community.
Hello, Chief, we're aware of some issues with the Event Trader Shop where players are not getting Sceneries they purchased. Additionally, Sceneries are unintentionally appearing for players that already own them. We are investigating, apologies for the inconvenience.

Clash of Clans finally responded to this bug
- Supercell will be sending the scenery to everyone who purchased it but didn’t get it. This may take a day or two, as manual action is required.
- If you already own the scenery, the Trader Shop will get refreshed, and new scenery will be available to trade.
- After each attack, players were required to manually train the Super Yeti. This glitch has been fixed as well.
“We will be manually sending to everyone who claimed the Scenery and didn’t receive it, the intended Scenery. However this might take a day or two from the moment you bought the Scenery in the Medal Trader Shop as we need to receive the information on the server side and manually distribute it for thousands of players, but don’t worry, you’ll get your Scenery!”
Supercell, the Developers of Clash of Clans, apologized to players who had to face this issue and resolved it completely.
Update: It’s good news. Players who encountered the glitch, things are getting normal. Event Trader Shop is showing new scenery if the existing one was already owned by the player. Keep on grinding for a week, as Mini Spotlight is a limited event. Once the event ends, we will head towards an even more exciting event of the Treasure Hunt.
