It’s not been a long development since OneXPlayer announced its upcoming OneXFly F1 Pro gaming handheld. This portable console, powered by AMD AI 9 HX 370, is about to get its first design inspired by the Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series. Intriguingly, even the F1 Pro hasn’t started shipping yet.
If you are an anime fanatic, the OneXFly F1 Pro EVA-02 edition could be one of the best fit for you. However, it’s always about the aesthetics that matter when it comes to gaming, a powerful processor is the core. Standing up to its name and even rivaling Rog Ally and Steam Deck, this anime-inspired edition has a pretty impressive set of specs.
For reference, the OneXFly F1 Pro is OneXPlayer’s latest handheld, touting its 7-inch 1080p OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. Backed by an AMD Radeon 890M graphics card, the F1 Pro can get Red Dead Redemption over 80 FPS at 10W TDP. These stunning visuals come with 2TB of storage. The F1 Pro is powered by LPDDR5X running at 5.1GHz, and AMD Radeon 890M GPU at 7500MHz. As it has AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, undoubtedly the hardware will furnish a true gaming vibe.

While the F1 Pro comes in black, styled with an orange theme, OneXPlayer has already launched the F1 Pro EVA-02 edition. Since the new variant looks quite impressive, the pricing is expected to rise. For context, the regular F1 Pro is priced at $1,099. A few sources have cited that a 64GB+2TB unit costs $1,500, and will be available during the pre-orders.
Additionally, it is important to note that the OneXFly F1 Pro EVA-02 edition is yet to be listed on the official site. OneXPlayer has mentioned that the F1 Pro will be shipped in early December. Therefore, handheld users would have to go through a long time to hold the Evangelion-themed handheld.
