To take the Chess experience to the next level, Bryght Labs has ChessUp 2 under its hood. ChessUp 2 is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) authenticated product, that blends education with fun.

ChessUp 2 is a smart Chess board that has a built-in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to instruct and improve your basic chess tactics. This AI assistance, patented by Bryght Labs, comes with six different levels of assistance.

For instance, when you touch a piece, the ChessUp 2 chessboard highlights the boxes where the pieces can be pushed. The AI trainer marks the suitable boxes to go; the best moves are highlighted with green color, red color is a blunder or inaccurate, blue is an OK move, and purple is used to highlight the selected piece.

The ChessUp’s pieces work on proprietary Touchsense technology, and the board comes with a 4600 mAh capacity which provides 6+ hours of use. It has a rechargeable Lithium polymer battery that takes approximately 2-3 hours to fully charge.

The ChessUp 2 is a completely free digital chess board that comes with a 1-year warranty. Also, the app provides post-game review tools.

The Chess.com and LiChess support is one of the most intimidating features of the product. Meaning that it connects two distant players via these platforms. When an opponent moves its pieces, they are highlighted on the smart chessboard. This enables seamless interaction between both parties.

Additionally, the AI enables two players with different skills to have a balanced match. For instance, players can choose the assistance levels of either side or decide to go with no assistance at all. For those who prefer blitz, this chessboard is well acquainted with it too.

The Bryght Labs founder introduced ChessUp on Shark Tank in Season 14, Episode 9, and even captivated the keen attention of Sharks. Now, ChessUp 2 is the successor to ChessUp. Currently, the ChessUp 2 smart chessboard is priced at $349.
