Nintendo has revealed that Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club is dropping a free demo, bifurcated into 3 parts. Starting on the 20th of August, players can grab Chapter One, and Chapter Two on the 23rd, meanwhile, the Third and the last free part of the demo will dip on the 28th of August. And, 29th August is the official release date of Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club.
Any progression during the free demo will carry out to the full game if one decides to purchase. Players don’t have to download each part separately, the next chapter will auto-open when the date arrives.

The ESRB rates the game M for Mature 17+ and notes – “This is a simulation/adventure game in which players follow a junior detective as he collaborates with police and locals to find a killer.”
