The Sims 4 Create a Sim (CAS) update has been scheduled with the precious development of a feature that the players think should have been part of the game since day one.

Before the update, players would lose the ready makeup they put on after changing Sim’s outfits. A Reddit user espurr560 noticed the change in the mechanism and players now can effortlessly carry on the existing makeup even after placing Sims into different getups.

The Sims 4 community seems to be happy with it. And why should it not be? The extra effort to go all around again to apply cosmetics and makeover tools will no longer cause trouble. That was indeed frustrating, but it’s now an outdated concept. Surprisingly, the added mechanism is part of The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. And unexpectedly it remained out of touch in The Sims 4.

More than Makeup Lock is coming

The Sims 4 Create a Sim update is set to witness the Lovestruck expansion, bringing in more romance scenes in The Sims 4. There will be 4 new options under the Romantic Boundaries tab. The Sim will be jealous if the partner engages in a physical or non-physical romance with other Sims. The change in talking can notice the jealous behaviors of the Sims.

Moreover, the new ‘Eyelashes’ category is being added in the Makeup section. And the last, players can create Romantic Relationships by the Create A Sim tab.

The Lovestruck expansion indeed is an exciting update to have on board. Look forward to July 25th for the arrival of Lovestruck in The Sims 4.
