According to leaks from Fortnite data miners, Epic Games is planning to launch a dedicated Fortnite Item Shop website that will showcase new skins, cosmetics, and items for sale. Although the exact release date of the website remains unknown, it appears to be nearly complete. It won’t be long before players can explore a dedicated Epic Store’s item shop online.
The leak comes from the reputable source ShiinaBR, who shared a video showcasing an early version of the website. The site features various categories displaying crossovers and items, along with the V-Bucks required for each purchase. For instance, the Spotlight section highlights crossovers like Pirates of the Caribbean, John Wick, and Lady Gaga, while the Royal Originals category offers the Signature Style and FNCS.

As you already know, crossovers have been a significant part of Fortnite since its release. The most recent crossover, Pirates of the Caribbean, is already listed on the website, adding credibility to the leaked content.
A closer look at the site reveals specific prices for popular outfits: Elizabeth Swan for 1,800 V-Bucks, Captain Barbosa for 1,500 V-Bucks, and Davy Jones for 1,600 V-Bucks. Clicking on an outfit profile opens a page with more details and asks users to sign in before making a purchase, which obviously makes sense.
Interestingly, the Davy Jones outfit is shown as purchasable until July 7, 2024. Given that it’s already July 22 (at the time of writing), the website hasn’t gone live yet, suggesting these dates might be for trial purposes.
Fortnite Item Shop
A kind of imitation of the in-game shop
Nonetheless, the website’s design appears a replica of the in-game shop. Once live, it will allow players to browse fresh deals without the need to boot up their devices and launch Fortnite. With the Epic account integration, spending V-Bucks should be seamless.
Despite the excitement, there’s no official statement from Epic Games regarding the Item Shop website. Until then, fans should take this news with a grain of salt.
