First spotted by well-known Clash Royale leaks provider – CRLeaks via X (formally Twitter), new chained offers containing paid and free items alternately spotted in Shop as well as the home screen section.
Supercell added a new chained offer in the shop AND Homescreen with a lot of free rewards, locked behind a paywall….

To take advantage of the new offer, the player needs to purchase the first item that costs $1.99 while the next offer is claimed for free. This alternating cycle insists users into spending more money than expected.
As Squad Busters has generated massive revenue during the first month after launch, chained offers may have good contributions that made Supercell implement the same offers into different games as well. Players may see chained offers making entries in COC, Brawl Stars, Hay Day, and Boom Beach.
Season Shop has replaced Books of Cards with Magic Coin items. Earlier, 10,000 season tokens would unlock the book which could instantly upgrade any card. Also, Magic Coins seem not so useful for higher leagues as players already have abundant reserves for gold.
All the changes hint towards focusing on increasing micro-transaction and adding a new audience to the paywall system. As a result, Supercell has generated billions of dollars in revenue from each game it developed.
