From the achievement menu, the player can see Stigma as Locked and requires a secret task to be completed as a part of the game walkthrough. There is no exact way that define essential tasks to claim the badge but some users already figured out the way.
1. Unlocking Gear A and Gear B
The first step includes having access to Gear A and Gear B along with the Bank. Through the traveling merchant, both gears can be unlocked. Make sure to explore all the possible areas to locate a few merchant locations.
2. Drawing 777 in Jackpot to get Jackpot Gauntlet
The next step includes drawing a jackpot until the Jackpot Gauntlet item is rewarded. As a lucky number, 777 guarantees a unique reward.
It is recommended to have sufficient tokens to roll and reroll until the Jackpot is hit. Once an item is claimed, go to the achievement menu to collect a Stigma token.
